When you submit a sourcing request, we store your name, phone number, optional email address and the requirements you provide so our team can review and respond to the enquiry.

Choosing a dealer introduction requires your permission to share this request and your contact details with one suitable dealer for this enquiry. Selecting a quotation from our team does not grant dealer-sharing permission.

To limit spam, the form stores a daily hash derived from your network address, the storefront and request timestamps. These rate-limit records are removed after 24 hours when subsequent requests are processed. Your raw network address is not stored in those records.

Do not include identity documents, bank details or payment credentials in the form. A request does not reserve stock or authorize a payment.
